Securitisations
Banca Etruria and Banca Etruria Group are a frequent Issuer and an experienced Servicer: five issues in total from Securitisation Programme, three of which are public issues and two retained for ECB repo purposes. The first two issues (residential mortgages and performing leasing) have already been redeemed.
Banca Etruria has regularly exercised the call-option on previous public securitisations at the relevant call date.
