This section contains the information required by the Bank of Italy in Title IV "Disclosure to the public" of the "New PROVISIONS for the Prudential supervision for banks" (Circular 263 of December 27, 2006).
This regulation Introduces the obligation for banks to publish information regarding its capital adequacy, risk exposure and the General Characteristics of the systems used to identify, measure and manage these risks.
